服務這塊，辦理入住時跟前台講話都要將好幾遍，前台光顧着聊天了，根本聽不到顧客跟他講話，那麼喜歡聊天直接回家不就好了，第二，棋牌室的麻將桌電源還接觸不良，跟前台講後，一下午沒有過去修

衞生間廁所挨着床，很緊湊，隔音效果太差，住宿客人素質也滿低下，關門聲，説話聲清清楚楚，甚至還有香煙味從地漏下面透出來，電梯太小。
