Regarding the dripping sound of the air conditioner, our hotel has invited professional air conditioning maintenance personnel to inspect it. Their feedback is that the sound emitted by the air conditioner is not a dripping sound but rather the frequency change sound of the air conditioner. Since our hotel installs independent air conditioners in each room, there will be independent air conditioner operation in each room. When the temperature reaches a certain level, the air conditioner will automatically turn off, and when the indoor temperature drops or rises to a certain level, the air conditioner will automatically turn on, which may cause some noise! Additionally, regarding the tobacco smell you mentioned, smoking is prohibited in the hotel lobby, however, some guests may violate the rules. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. Our hotel will also strengthen indoor air circulation to ensure no odor.
