房間以及設施都挺滿意的，但是恰逢五一，可能導致服務不佳。1.過了入住時間還不允許入住，聲稱房間還在打掃，拖着本就疲憊的身體一等再等；2.第一次碰到酒店泳池的浴巾不讓裹回房間的，在我明確表示回到房間換洗完後會歸還到泳池後才讓我帶走，否則就得濕漉漉涼颼颼地走回房間了；3.裹着浴巾回房間路上遇到工作人員，説清楚了浴巾的事，讓她幫忙找人上樓拿下毛巾並歸還至泳池，苦等一晚上不見人來；4.我和家人不同時間段回到酒店，家人的房卡失效，打了電話等工作人員上樓用他們的卡才開了門，但是並沒有解決我們其中一張房卡失效的問題，直到退房都沒人解決。
