The room is big and clean. I always stay at Boruige every time I go on a business trip. The breakfast is rich, there is a gym and a laundry room. Sometimes I am in a hurry and I can ask the front desk to help me wash the clothes. The front desk service attitude is also very good. I am very satisfied

服務態度很差，續住前提前電話前台，告知當前住的房型攜程上沒上架，前台表示直接有啥下啥，她來處理。我辦理續住的時候，將上述訊息同步給前台，前台表示不可進行此操作，衹能換房。我表示那我退款離店，前台同意。着急忙慌的立即回去收拾行李，收拾好了店長來了，給我解釋可以續住原來的？咋的，剛剛你幹啥去了？你自己員工承諾啥做不到，還來給我解釋什麼？已經反饋給商旅人事同事，不建議其他同事入住該酒店。
