無論是設施還是服務上都拉低了我對全季酒店的印象分。1、入住和退房，前台全程無交流都是我自己辦的自助，全季其他的酒店至少進門問候、入住指引的都有，這家酒店全無，兩個妹子在前台竊竊私語也不在我自助的時候來問候一下。2、我是看了酒店有接送機服務才選的這家，結果跟我説接送機服務要十點才開始，大家出門不就圖個方便麼，上班高峯都過了才有的服務方便什麼了？還説司機的年紀大，不一定起得來，兩個字無語😓。3、房間內設施乍一看跟其他全季差不多，晚上用的時候才發現洗漱台沒有擦手巾，玻璃都是畫圈抹了一遍，水跡都沒有弄乾凈。
