Nice & clean hotel; friendly & very helpful staff, hats off to their customer service; but this hotel is specially for kids because it’s inside the theme park and May be not suitable for couple or solo travelers. No more choices of food for vegetarian specially in breakfast and only one restaurant with limited choices! Bring your own car!

Service: The service is very enthusiastic, the one-to-one butler service is very considerate, thanks to the butler Zhuzhu for helping us upgrade the room type. When we came back from dinner, the parking space in front of the door was occupied. The owner of the occupied car was notified to move the car immediately, so that we could park back in the parking space in front of the door. It was great👍🏻 Environment: The environment is large, but the parking lot is well planned, and we arrived early. The room we were arranged is also very close to the hot spring area and very convenient. I soaked in the pool in the room at night and the next morning, including two pools of water. Facilities: Although the public pool is not open much, it doesn’t take long to soak, so it doesn’t matter. The water temperature is very comfortable, and it’s very comfortable to soak in bubbles on this day. Because it was too cold, I didn’t experience boating. I will come back to play next time when the weather is warmer.

Additionally, 毛有谷 at the reception was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation to the train station, ensuring our travel plans were seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself is fantastic, but it’s the staff’s kindness and attention to detail that set it apart. Their warm-hearted service made us feel so welcome, and we can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt stay!

This is the most satisfying villa I have stayed in during this period. No matter the service, hygiene or environment, it is super value!!! The facilities are complete. We were upgraded to a villa with KTV. I didn't expect to see fireworks at night. It was really a surprise + amazing! It's close to the Chinese New Year🧨We waited for the children to have a holiday, so it was a staggered trip, so the price-performance ratio was very good👍The sanitation was very clean. The villa has already started to decorate for the New Year. There is a great atmosphere. Our whole family is very satisfied and likes it very much. The parents are happy and the children are having fun. The housekeeper's service is very good. All the requirements can be met. She also recommended the nearby Red Flag Tea Factory and Chocolate Kingdom to us. They are always available. We will come again next time!

1. Best service. Especially a Liu*Mei for breakfast? The staff are very dedicated. Sorry I didn't remember all their names. There was no watermelon for breakfast at that time, and the child told her about it. She immediately brought a big watermelon to cut and peeled the skin carefully, comparable to a five-star hotel. Even her mother was not as careful as she was when cutting watermelon for her child. 2 The price is reasonable. During the National Day holiday, the average room cost two to three hundred yuan, and it seems that the price has not increased much. The suite we booked cost a little more than usual. Booking on holidays will be expensive, so it is recommended that you book at least one day in advance. The suite I booked cost more than 700 yuan on the day of booking, but less than 600 yuan a day in advance. 3. The surrounding area is fun. It is very close to the Hongqi Tea Factory, 1.7 kilometers away. I had a great time playing in the tea factory for a day. The most worthwhile experience is picking and making tea by myself. The tea tree is an old one. I made Yinghong No. 9 green tea myself. When I got home and drank it, it was comparable to the raw Pu'er tea from the ancient tree. There is a Chocolate Kingdom 2.8 kilometers away. There is no need to queue during the National Day holiday. Children under 1.4 meters tall can enjoy all the activities. 4 Complain about breakfast. Booked a suite with breakfast, but only 2 breakfasts were provided. Children over 1.4 meters tall will be charged 38 yuan for breakfast. It feels like the dim sum is not freshly made and the quality is so-so. During my two-day stay, I only ate freshly made soup noodles and vegetables. 5 The food in the self-operated restaurant next to the hotel is very good. Went there twice. Suggestion for the hotel: It would be perfect if the breakfast could be improved.

I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel, classic black tea tea art and Chinese mahogany decoration combined. Book a triple room (room maintenance), free upgrade to the family parent-child room, the room is really big, a family of five is very comfortable. Dinosaur theme room, my doll likes it. There are also electric cruises, plant dyeing, fishing, etc. Others: The homestay sells hot coffee and milk, souvenirs, fishing rods for rent, Yingde black tea for sale, etc.

On the way to the hotel, the housekeeper called to ask what time we would arrive. After we arrived, we checked in at the front desk and went to the villa where we stayed. The hotel is very large, with villas in every building. It is very quiet and green because it is in the mountains. The weather is very hot. As soon as I entered the door, I found that the air conditioner was already turned on and it was very comfortable. There is an indoor parking space. The house is beautifully designed and has a large area. There are three rooms in total. We stayed in two of them. One of the rooms is very large, and there is a hot spring pool in the yard. It would be very comfortable in winter 😌 We reported the problem, and the hotel staff came to help solve it quickly! The downside is that the nearby attractions are not very fun, the tea garden scenery is average, and the road is particularly difficult to drive. It's still good to be in the hotel!
