Nice & clean hotel; friendly & very helpful staff, hats off to their customer service; but this hotel is specially for kids because it’s inside the theme park and May be not suitable for couple or solo travelers. No more choices of food for vegetarian specially in breakfast and only one restaurant with limited choices! Bring your own car!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and the warmth and hospitality of the staff truly made it an unforgettable experience. A special mention goes to 刘贤英, 谭翠玲, and 龚武平 at the hot spring, whose exceptional service and genuine care stood out. 刘贤英 went above and beyond by sharing her personal preserved fruit snacks with my son when he didn’t fancy the oranges provided, a thoughtful gesture that touched our hearts. Additionally, 毛有谷 at the reception was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation to the train station, ensuring our travel plans were seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself is fantastic, but it’s the staff’s kindness and attention to detail that set it apart. Their warm-hearted service made us feel so welcome, and we can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt stay!

Booking on holidays will be expensive, so it is recommended that you book at least one day in advance. The suite I booked cost more than 700 yuan on the day of booking, but less than 600 yuan a day in advance. 3. The surrounding area is fun. It is very close to the Hongqi Tea Factory, 1.7 kilometers away. I had a great time playing in the tea factory for a day. The most worthwhile experience is picking and making tea by myself. The tea tree is an old one. I made Yinghong No. 9 green tea myself. When I got home and drank it, it was comparable to the raw Pu'er tea from the ancient tree. There is a Chocolate Kingdom 2.8 kilometers away. There is no need to queue during the National Day holiday. Children under 1.4 meters tall can enjoy all the activities. 4 Complain about breakfast. Booked a suite with breakfast, but only 2 breakfasts were provided. Children over 1.4 meters tall will be charged 38 yuan for breakfast. It feels like the dim sum is not freshly made and the quality is so-so. During my two-day stay, I only ate freshly made soup noodles and vegetables. 5 The food in the self-operated restaurant next to the hotel is very good. Went there twice. After coming in, it is a big stone garden. This is a big selling point of the hotel. It is not Suzhou, it is better than Suzhou! In fact, I think it is more suitable for elderly people. Come on vacation, Buddhist, slow life. If it is a parent-child, it may be a little boring. Next is what I want to complain about: First, breakfast is too low! The breakfast here can be described as losing face to the hotel. The restaurant is on the fourth floor. The elevator is thin and slow. The restaurant has ten large tables, and then there is no place to move around, and there are very few types of breakfast, unlike such a beautiful hotel. Second, no swimming pool! No swimming pool! I don't know how Trip.com did it. It was written, but it didn't! There are three ordinary bubble pools. This is a bit unreasonable. There is a big pond next to the bubble pool. If I am the boss, I will not design it like this. I will definitely add a large swimming pool. This way, guests, parents and children will have a lot of fun. Don't even think about dry steaming. The hotel is generally good, there is room for improvement.
