Yinchuan Hotels with Pools

Staying at Kempinski was great. The staff are super courteous. They try really hard, though they sometimes fail. They forgot my backup wake-up call at 6 am and called at 6:17, saying that was my 2nd wake-up call. I jokingly asked what happened to the first. Luckily, it was only a backup. The pool was great! The food at the Chinese restaurant as well. Do recommend it.

Very good hotel. Unfortunately, no one in this hotel can speak English and therefore the stay was a bit difficult for me. My credit card did not work due to the reader of the hotel. I had to withdraw cash and then pay the deposit in cash. Finally, the stay was a big disappointment that the Sheraton brand should stand for a different kind of service than what I received there. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

The service is superb, parking is super convenient, the room is big, the window is big, the bed is very comfortable, and there is a refrigerator, coffee machine and minibar. I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products. You should definitely try the lamb soup. It is most convenient to go to Yuecai City for dinner if you book this hotel. You don't need to leave the hotel. You can go to the mall on the sixth floor directly. There are all kinds of Sichuan, Hunan and Chongqing cuisine. We booked two twin rooms with views. They said there was only one room on the first floor. After signing the waiver application, we can apply to open the balcony. Looking at the scenery outside, the front desk is also very reliable. They helped us to urge the cleaning. The cleaning was done at more than 2 o'clock and we could check in. The restaurant on the 7th floor also has the most popular stamps, and there are stamps of many scenic spots. The children were very happy to stamp. Yuecai City is also very good to visit and it is very convenient to buy things. There is a supermarket on the negative first floor. You can buy wolfberries and specialties. The supermarket will send them directly home. In short, eating and shopping are all satisfied, and the elderly are very satisfied.

I was really uncomfortable and dizzy (middle-aged women have poor physical strength tot). I went to the front desk to ask. The front desk girl Cheng Cheng heard my situation and immediately said that it was okay and asked me to go upstairs to rest first. When checking out, I asked me how I was and whether I had a good rest. It's not easy to remember every customer. There was also a young man from the concierge who helped me pack the cartons. He took the initiative to lift the boxes and let me pack them. I understand that he felt that the boxes were heavy and asked him to do it. I would tear the tape. He was very careful. The hotel's parking lot is underground. Be careful to turn right in time and don't park on the ground. The above-ground parking lot is not owned by the hotel and is charged. 2. There is a big projector in the bedroom of the suite, and you can also use your mobile phone to cast the screen, which is super cool. 3. The hotel gym and swimming pool are open to the public, so there are no bath towels and toiletries. If you want to swim, remember to bring them from the room. 4. The breakfast is good. There are freshly cooked ramen. Although the taste is not as good as the ones outside, it is not bad. It is quite delicious.
