The hotel is perfectly located above Yinchuan's bustling shopping mall, offering convenient transportation. Nearby are a variety of restaurants, entertainment venues, and a night market. Tea House is just a short walk downstairs. The rooms are fully equipped and very clean. The mattress is incredibly soft and comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful, and the space is spacious, so there's no need to wait for a table. The service was excellent and attentive, especially Li Jiyan, who was very helpful. Having stayed at the Sheraton Sanya last summer, I continued my choice of Sheraton for this trip to Yinchuan. The service quality remains consistently excellent, and I had a truly wonderful experience. This visit was during peak season, and unfortunately, we had to switch rooms for our two-night stay. The young lady at the front desk, a member of an ethnic minority group, was incredibly patient, charming, and had a fantastic attitude. Later, customer service directly arranged our luggage transfer when we changed rooms, so we didn't have to handle it ourselves. We simply went out for the day, and upon our return, our luggage was already perfectly placed in our new room. The customer service team was also very quick to respond. Regarding the Executive Benefits: The executive lounge is convenient for grabbing a bite to eat, though its offerings aren't particularly unique. However, the young lady providing service there was exceptionally enthusiastic – big thumbs up! She was practically an ambassador for Ningxia tourism, haha. Also, the twin room was very spacious!

The manager's warm smile made me feel very welcome. Seeing that I was traveling with a child, she kindly upgraded us to a family room free of charge, which offered significantly more space. Just a small suggestion: there aren't enough power outlets in the room, especially none near the bathroom sink, which makes it inconvenient for using a hairdryer or styling hair. Additionally, the light switch controls all the lights in the room simultaneously. If you need to turn on a light at night, all the lights come on, which can disturb others' sleep.

The hotel has a good environment, with a lake behind it and beautiful scenery. The parking lot is large and convenient. There is Ningxia cultural and tourism information in the room. The breakfast is rich in variety, including mutton offal soup, beef noodles and other local specialties.

We booked a parent-child room, the room is quite big, there is a buffet coffee in the lobby, very good! It is also very convenient to eat nearby, many restaurants, but if you want to go to a bigger supermarket, you can go to Wanda about 1 km nearby. Impressed is that we went to the nearby food hall Han restaurant, ** four people meal is simply too cost-effective, can not finish eating!

My husband and I live in his house every time I come to Yinchuan. I have to make a reservation in advance. Sometimes there is no room. The apartment hotel is the cleanest. The front desk lady is very gentle and has a very good attitude. The internet speed is fast. The latest version of the computer is oversized. I love it, mainly downstairs to eat, drink and play.
