Beautiful hotel in a great location. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Frank was so attentive to our needs and always checked that we had enough food and drinks. Erica and Jiselle at the Front Desk were especially helpful with checkout. The rooms were very hot (30 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff tried their best to fix but it but because it is centrally controlled and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They offered to switch to a slightly cooler room but there weren’t two rooms together. Everything else was great. The pool and pool staff were fantastic. The hotel is walking distance from the Ningxia Museum, som beautiful parks, and a nice shopping mall and restaurants.

After coming back from this trip, to sum up, the overall maintenance of Yinchuan Kempinski is pretty good. The hardware facilities may not be as good as some newly opened hotels, but the service is really great. From check-in to room and then to check-out, the service attitude of every employee is very good.
