The hotel is in a great location, located on the pedestrian street. There are many places to eat and shop around. The Drum Tower is across the pedestrian street. The transportation is convenient. The room is spacious and clean. The service attitude is also very good. [Happy]

We were upgraded to a suite and the service was very good. The supplies are also great, including L'Occitane shampoo and nespresso capsule machine! It makes me very curious about how the hotel's cost control is done hahaha The hotel is located in the old town of Yinchuan. Compared with the Marriott, the new area where the Sheraton is located is much more lively!

We stayed at Shenhua Hotel again after our trip to Zhongwei. We booked a triple room, which featured a master bedroom and a smaller second bedroom. The smaller room didn't have AC, but with the recent mild evenings, it wasn't an issue at all. The service here is also top-notch: the buffet breakfast on the second floor was plentiful, offering not just standard fare but also a noodle station and freshly ground coffee. What truly surprised us was the presence of a well-equipped laundry room (as pictured) – it felt like a branded hotel chain such as Huazhu or Home Inn, just without the prominent branding. While parking can be a bit limited, there's usually an attendant to help guide you. You can also request the hotel to reserve a spot beforehand. If all hotel parking is taken, there's street parking just 50 meters away, and the hotel will reimburse the fees. As for its prime location: it's just a hundred meters from Gulou Pedestrian Street, right in the Yuhuangge area. This means you're surrounded by fantastic local eateries (like Lao Mao Shou Zhua, Tongxin Chun, etc.), which we found to be more authentic and reliable than some of the 'internet-famous' spots nearby (though there are plenty of those too!). There's also a vibrant night market at the end of the street, where the Xinjiang kebabs are absolutely delicious, and you can find a great selection of other local Ningxia specialties. All in all, it's incredibly convenient. It will definitely be my first choice when I visit Ningxia again. It's the kind of place where you can save your budget for experiences like the Zhongwei desert, making it a true hidden gem. Oh, and they even provide a complimentary welcome fruit platter!

The hotel is very upscale. The receptionist at the front desk is very elegant. They are very friendly and smiling. They not only delayed check-out, but also sent a welcome fruit plate and breakfast for the children. The beef ramen and bread desserts for breakfast are particularly good. The juices are all freshly squeezed. What makes me most satisfied is that the plates for taking meals are all hot. The room has a good view and a reasonable layout. The two sofas at the entrance solve the embarrassment of putting on shoes and clothes. The bedding is very comfortable. Next time I come to Yinchuan, I will definitely choose to stay at Changxiangyi Hotel

It was my first time staying at this hotel. The name sounded impressive, so I decided to check it out, hoping to see if I'd opened a box. I was pleasantly surprised: the room was exquisite and cozy, with smart amenities throughout, impeccably clean, branded bedding, and a large bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. The breakfast was hearty and featured Ningxia specialties. The service was warm and attentive. I browsed the gym, self-service laundry, and luxurious conference rooms, all very popular. Parking was also convenient, and the price was excellent value. I'll definitely be back.

The room was quite spacious, and the mattress was comfortable. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, even helping us with our luggage. They also offered complimentary wellness porridge and a special local tea. Breakfast vouchers were delivered to our room daily, and housekeeping was excellent, keeping everything spotless. A BRT bus station right outside the entrance made getting around incredibly easy. A taxi ride to the airport or train station took only about half an hour, highlighting the hotel's excellent transport links. The breakfast spread was very generous, and it was also very convenient to order lunch and dinner directly from the hotel.

We came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

The hotel is just a little over a 10-minute walk from the Xigang Aviation Hotel, where the airport bus departs and arrives, and although it's a bit longer than that, it's still within walking distance. There are many restaurants around the hotel, so it's in a great location. Most tourist attractions are on the west side, so for a hotel located on the east side, it may feel a little far from the tourist attractions. The hotel room was relatively spacious, and the bed was quite large and comfortable. We visited during the hot summer months, so it was nice to have a refrigerator in the room. If you're going to a more lively area from the hotel, I recommend heading towards Nanmenlou.

However, some lights in the room weren't working, but it didn't bother me, so I didn't contact the front desk. Overall, it's very good. **Cleanliness:** It was very clean. **Service:** The front desk staff was super enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel front desk also has tourist maps, making it easy to plan your Ningxia trip.

This hotel was a bit beyond expectations. The young lady at the front desk on the first day should be the manager. She was very dedicated. Because we stayed in the front desk restaurant for a few days, we saw her busy figure and gave us a quiet superior bed room. The breakfast was pleasantly surprised. I drank eight treasures tea and ate beef noodles. Other varieties are also very rich. The most unexpected thing is that Wify can't connect at night, and another young lady at the front desk personally went to the room to help us get it done. The small lobby bar has free coffee and water, which is very warm. I will recommend friends to live in the future.
