酒店地理位置不錯，隔壁是寧陽百貨，過天橋是懷遠夜市。衹是不同於專屬酒店，“雲朵”所屬是一幢商住多用途大樓。人員繁雜，電梯雖有四部效率卻並不高。同時電梯內沒有空調，當下時節已有點悶熱。一樓接待處裝潢也比較簡陋。 房間裝潢設計模仿“桔子”，但設施卻有若干問題：一個是馬桶亂沖水😰一坐下即水花四濺非濺你身上不可🥵而後用完卻不沖了，須手動處理。再一個洗臉池下水不很順暢。淋浴間下水也總是堵塞不暢，甚至淋浴水從走廊處滲出。早上淋浴需放水很長時間才會有熱水。 房間毛巾乾淨。床品也似整潔，然卻在枕頭旁發現一根不屬於個人的長卷發🙄 房間燒水壺內膽有明顯污漬😨茶水杯也有點臟，可以摸到底部殘留的沉積物😢 酒店早餐品類不多，味道衹辯鹹甜。餐客簡單用完基本無意留戀多匆匆離去。此外用餐處似通風不暢有點悶熱。 與“桔子”相比房內少了桌子和冰箱，也少了些許便利，特別是對夏季來説。此外抽紙和捲紙質量也很差☹️紙質稀薄且量極少。還有無浴帽也不太方便。 “雲朵”雖有心模仿“桔子”然差距卻遠非區區數十元。設施品質與服務管理等等皆須努力提升。
