We came to visit my mom who was unexpectedly hospitalized. The hotel is right across from the hospital. This is a brand new hotel. The staff, Ms. Candy Wang, had excellent attention to detail and service mindset. I told Ms Wang just incidentally that we were only there for a night but may need to extend it on demand due to family care requirements. Ms Wang gave me an upgrade to a bigger room in case my mom needed to come in to rest for a while before we catch the flight home. We exercised this option when my mom eventually discharged, which I am so grateful for. Ms Wang made sure that travel and breakfast was well taken care of. She also helped me in my busy state of affairs to take care of parcels that I received on behalf of my mom. We have travelled to many places and countries. This has been the best experience ever!

Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

The hotel is perfectly located above Yinchuan's bustling shopping mall, offering convenient transportation. Nearby are a variety of restaurants, entertainment venues, and a night market. Tea House is just a short walk downstairs. The rooms are fully equipped and very clean. The mattress is incredibly soft and comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful, and the space is spacious, so there's no need to wait for a table. The service was excellent and attentive, especially Li Jiyan, who was very helpful. I look forward to staying here again!

Novotel Yinchuan Huirong Hotel facilities and equipment are very new and the experience is superb! The room has plenty of hot water, and the gym and laundry room are available 24 hours a day. The front desk service is warm and efficient, especially the guest service manager Enya, who treats guests very warmly and professionally, is responsive and very detailed. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Yinchuan, I will choose here!

This time, I decided to choose the Hampton Inn when I traveled to Yinchuan, Ningxia. I really like this hotel. The rooms are not only clean and comfortable, but also very stylishly decorated, making people feel relaxed as soon as they enter the door. The service attitude of Vera at the hotel front desk and Hu Zongxiang at the restaurant front desk is particularly good, and other staff members always greet people with a smile, which makes people feel particularly warm. The location is excellent and underground parking is convenient. There are many delicious and fun places nearby, and it is super convenient to travel. Moreover, the public areas of the hotel are also suitable for taking pictures. Whether you are gathering with friends or traveling alone, you can leave good memories here. There is free tea and delicious biscuits in the lobby. The hotel breakfast is surprisingly rich, and you can choose Chinese and Western food. I especially like the Lanzhou ramen pulled on the spot. In general, it is a highly cost-effective and recommended accommodation option!

The twin beds are 1.3m wide and can be put together, but there is a wall lamp in the middle that gets in the way. The mattress has side seams. The bed is very high and the mattress is very thick. I felt it was a bit hard at first, but after sleeping on it for three days, I felt it was just right. The blackout curtains in the bathroom are very good, and turning on the light in the bathroom does not affect others. The window can be opened for ventilation and cooling. The hair dryer can also be a domestic brand, which is good and has many temperature options. The free drinks are OK, and small bottles of Yibao water can also be added. The service is also timely. Check-in and check-out are also fast. The slippers for the children are not big. I don’t know if they are specially small for us. They are a bit too suitable for 4-year-olds. The lobby is not big and there are no chairs.

Having stayed at the Sheraton Sanya last summer, I continued my choice of Sheraton for this trip to Yinchuan. The service quality remains consistently excellent, and I had a truly wonderful experience. This visit was during peak season, and unfortunately, we had to switch rooms for our two-night stay. The young lady at the front desk, a member of an ethnic minority group, was incredibly patient, charming, and had a fantastic attitude. Later, customer service directly arranged our luggage transfer when we changed rooms, so we didn't have to handle it ourselves. We simply went out for the day, and upon our return, our luggage was already perfectly placed in our new room. The customer service team was also very quick to respond. Regarding the Executive Benefits: The executive lounge is convenient for grabbing a bite to eat, though its offerings aren't particularly unique. However, the young lady providing service there was exceptionally enthusiastic – big thumbs up! She was practically an ambassador for Ningxia tourism, haha. Also, the twin room was very spacious!

After dinner, it's just a 5-minute stroll to People's Square to catch the musical fountain show. The location is absolutely unbeatable! Our room on the 37th floor boasted 270° floor-to-ceiling windows, showcasing both the Helan Mountain sunset and Yinchuan's dazzling nightscape. Bathing felt like floating among the clouds. The kind staff at the front desk even thoughtfully brought up slippers and toothbrushes for the kids. Breakfast was a delightful surprise, featuring local specialties like hand-pulled lamb and goji berry yogurt – truly a revitalizing start to the day! As someone extremely particular about cleanliness, I couldn't find a single flaw; the bedding and bathroom were spotlessly clean, practically sparkling. I've already decided that this will be my go-to hotel for all future visits to Yinchuan. It's undoubtedly the top hotel in Yinchuan!
