Shankee Hotel (Yinchuan Drum Tower Pedestrian Street)

This is the worst hotel chain I've ever seen, bar none. They didn't have disposable razors, but they asked for them and charged 20 yuan each. Do they really think they're a five-star hotel? It's fine they're charging, but they didn't even bring them to your room. That's outrageous. The morning after my stay, I asked the front desk if they had disposable masks. They looked at their phone and said no. They didn't even glance at me the entire time. They just sat there with their hands on their phone. That was the staff on the morning of July 27th. The soundproofing was terrible. I could see the hallway through the crack in the door. The bathroom was even worse, with a broken door and poor ventilation.

I have been to many cities with FamilyMart, and my first choice in every city is "Shangkeyou", because no matter where I go, "Shangkeyou" makes me feel at home! But this store is the worst "Shangkeyou" I have ever experienced in the country. There was a smell of cigarettes when I walked in, and I wanted to open the window for ventilation, but the window would not slide open and I didn’t know how long it had been since it was cleaned. It was raining heavily outside on the day of check-out and I couldn’t go out. I could only wait for check-out time in the room. No one sent the two bottles of mineral water all morning. I shamelessly asked the waiter for two bottles of mineral water, but the waiter said, "There is no water when you check out today. If you really want to drink it, go to the front desk and ask. Our leader happens to be at work today." I really went to the front desk to ask, and sure enough, they didn’t give it to me! I said, "Such a famous chain hotel in the country, and it’s raining heavily outside. I really only encountered this in Yinchuan Drum Tower. Did I run more than a thousand kilometers to Yinchuan just for two bottles of water?"
