地理位置不錯，距離懷遠夜市不遠步行二十分鐘就可以走到。賓館沒有電梯且衞生間有台階不適合帶長者入住，年輕人無所謂。

設施：房間平米數小很多，衹有床桌子蹲坑洗手池，無吹風機，與平台套餐內容嚴重不符
衞生：提供的拖鞋舊且不乾淨，滿屋子的收費成人用品
