説實話，本不想點評的，但想想還是給酒店提點建議吧。前台服務極差，幾個白色工裝的服務員業務很差，一問三不知，表情像**。點名投訴一位穿黑制服披肩短頭髮的女的，看氣勢應該是位管理人員（其實一進門就聽見她一口方言在罵人），服務比穿白衣服的還差，口氣極差極差，滿臉不屑，貌似她是我和在場其他人的“上帝”，都不想多與這工作人員多説一句。看這位管理人員，就明白服務差的原因了。我住過很多酒店，這酒店大廳環境挺好，算一個五星，但是這種服務態度和業務都差的管理人員真是浪費工資了，也可能是老闆財大氣粗，在大環境不好的情況下，不怕這種管理人員影響生意和客人，也願意聘用這種管理人員👍👍早餐還不錯，有拉麪和當地羊雜，但服務也很一般。如果再來銀川，即使環境再好，就工作人員的服務，不會選擇和推薦。第二天果斷換酒店了。

房間很舒服，每天都有服務員阿姨打掃的很乾凈，我們有需要礦泉水的要求也馬上能滿足。走廊裏遇到打掃的服務員都非常有禮貌。
