訂的套房，很早就在攜程預訂好了，要求不要角落房，酒店回覆可以安排。但辦完入住拿到房卡後發現還是個角落房，就去找前台要求換房間，但當天沒有房間換了就請來了酒店的經理，酒店經理就帶着我一起上去看房間，一看不對，我找的那個房間不對，因為我看錯房間號了，錯把自己家的房號當成酒店的房號，導致酒店經理忙上忙下的，而且遇到這種情況，態度一直很好，非常好溝通，最後誤會解除，成功入住。由於我們是晚上的飛機，訂個相對便宜的酒店就是想湊合一晚，沒想到性價比還挺高的，設施服務都蠻好，下次來還會入住。

第一天入住，第二天早上醒來，衞生間下水道反味，惡臭，告知酒店，酒店給換了房間，結果晚上孩子泡澡，放水後，水都從浴缸底下流出，一地水。第三天退房，查房人員説衣架少了一個，攔住我們不讓我們出房間，我們説我們拿衣架幹嘛？又不值錢，還是不讓我們走，耽擱了10多分鐘，後來查房人員在衣櫃裏找到了，才讓我們離開房間，真是活見鬼了，近十多年從來沒有遇到過這種情況。
