外表高大上，裏面工作人員很熱心，門口還有工作人員幫拿行李，房間衞生很乾凈，早餐也很不錯，周邊還有很多美食，一個很不錯的5星級酒店。

都挺好
但，早餐沒人領位有一點點意外
門僮和大堂經理非常奈斯
從價格和配置來説，值得一住
叫車非常方便
親測租的小電動可以還在酒店車輛入口處的人行道

因為訂購時間有誤，入住時跟酒店協商能否替換時間，前台態度強硬一口否決，三間房無法使用，並強調無義務提醒是否入住，房費全部扣除，平台出面協調也無法抵扣，非常糟糕的體驗。

酒店服務很不錯，下車有幫忙開門和提行李，前台辦入住時耿薇的態度也很熱情，給小朋友送了禮物。房間整體也非常滿意，這次選擇這裏很不錯，推薦。

怎麼説呢，我想用華而不實來形容喜來登！初見喜來登，覺得外觀很大氣，大堂吧也是富麗堂皇，房間中規中矩，但是衞生間的磚已經斑駁，地毯感覺不是很乾凈！最要吐槽的是走廊，那陣陣惡臭，聞得我直接作嘔！就是嘔吐後留下的那股子酸臭味！連續兩天都有，也不知道是什麼原因！早餐是到10點結束，但10點不到，就開始陸續收掉食物，是着急要下班嗎？對了，進入酒店的時候，沒有服務生幫忙拿箱子，也沒有人引導入電梯和房間，基本沒有什麼服務可言！
