The sanitation is poor. There is a bit of smell when you enter. The bathroom has a peculiar smell. The bed sheets are a bit dirty and the shower head in the bathroom is dusty. The room looked like a converted homestay, and the hair dryer was very plastic. You get what you pay for. The price went up significantly on May 1st night.

The location is average, the room layout is very nice, there is a park downstairs, and it is convenient to walk to anywhere. For someone like me who is picky about food, it is really hard to find food nearby. The landlord is very nice and worth recommending.
