酒店在景區裡邊，要外面停車場停車進去，房間挺寬，衞生乾淨，温泉場地很大，服務也周到，特別是服務員張巧霞服務特別周全細心，為旅客着想。

房間免費升級了 送水果 送泡腳桶 温泉泡的真舒服 裏面的服務真的好 張巧霞阿姨很熱情 倒水 因為腿磕碰了 還有醫療箱救助 下次有機會會帶孩子來

本來入住期間是非常滿意的，景區就很有特色，晚上回來看到了開床服務，還有洗腳盆，熱茶，感慨服務真好。
可惜第二天晚上發現，我和我女兒的洗面奶遺忘在淋浴間，酒店沒有主動聯繫我們，因為入住時前台要過電話，説目地就是用來提醒客人遺忘東西，結果並沒有做到。我們已經離開銀川了。

優點：1.服務超級好，有領路的，有電瓶車，有給送牛奶送洗腳桶的。
2.送的温泉票我以為衹有四張，原來是四人不限次數的。温泉服務也超好，張巧霞大姐很棒！
3.出門有不少飯館，很方便。
缺點：1.設施有點老了，酒店和温泉都老。温泉水倒是沒有之前攻略里人們説的那麼差。
2.定的loft，二樓可能用的少？衞生差點。
3.淡季的漫葡小鎮百分之八十店鋪都不開，而且還有一部分在裝修。

常金潤服務人員的熱情服務態度給我們留下了深刻印象，讓我們這次旅行很舒心，給我們端茶、倒水、送浴巾等，服務都很周到。這裏環境優美，建設很好，空氣清新，室內和室外温泉都各有特色，養生池也有很多，泡完温泉娛樂設施也很齊全，健身房、乒乓球室、桌球廳等基礎設施都有，還有休息廳和餐廳，菜品新鮮可口。我們很喜歡這裏，下次還會光顧。
