"剛拖着行李箱到前台，還沒等開口説需求，工作人員就遞來一條温度剛好的熱毛巾。指尖觸到柔軟織物的瞬間，旅途奔波帶來的疲憊感瞬間消散，連帶着心情都跟着舒展起來。入住後發現驚喜更多：之前是8點半也改為酒店每晚8點到10點準時供應夜宵，不用再深夜餓肚子找外賣，小食種類豐富又乾淨，分量剛好能墊飽肚子又不影響睡眠；睡前想喝點熱的暖暖胃，跟前台提了一句，還有可以來一碗綿密的粥和一杯温牛奶，粥裏的食材熬得軟爛入味，牛奶不燙口也不涼，小口喝着特別舒服。不僅服務貼心，房間細節也很到位：床單被罩透着淡淡的清香，床墊軟硬適中，躺下沒多久就能放鬆下來；浴室熱水來得快、水温穩定，連洗漱台的鏡子都擦得一塵不染，完全沒有衞生死角。全程住下來沒有一點糟心事，從進門的熱毛巾到深夜的熱粥，每一處服務都像朋友般貼心，不是刻意的流程化討好，而是真正把住客的需求放在心上，這樣的酒店真的會讓人想反覆入住！"
