Hotels in Jiaoxi Station Area/Jiaoxi Hot Spring, Yilan

We have a wonderful experience at this hotel with exceptional friendly and helpful staff. Only thing that needs to improve is the breakfast buffet area selection choices. Would expect more selection for an Spa Hotel

The hotel is great, the private hot springs in the room is definitely the biggest selling point here. The hotel staff are very helpful, we requested to change our rooms to higher floor and they helped straight away, so thankful. Enjoyed the bubble water provided on each floor, great choice by the hotel. The only downside is the afternoon tea and supper, it's designed for kids and so understandably with lots of fried food. If the hotel can just add some fruit into the variety, that would be truly great 👍.

My husband and I stayed at this resort for one night and we greatly appreciated Ishi Chen, Nancy Wu and Peggy Wu’s help. We are an old couple with medical issues and the room we received upon check-in was starting to cause my allergies to flare up. Upon speaking to Nancy and Peggy, they listened to my concerns and reported to Ishi, who helped us change our room. As my allergies can cause severe issues to my body, we were afraid that we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the rest of our trip in Taiwan. But with the help of them, I didn’t experience an allergic reaction and was able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Ishi, Nancy and Peggy were extremely professional, responsible and kind, so that we could create such precious memories on our trip. Thank you so much.

I booked the newly built Gamaran Hotel while traveling to Jiaoxi, Taiwan for a family trip. Starbucks was on the first floor, so it was easy to find the accommodation, and the location was great because it was in the center. The room was a family room, so it had a double bed and two single beds, and it was bigger than other hotels, so it was very comfortable. We also had dinner at the hotel, which was mainly seafood, and we used the second time because there were many guests. There is a discount for guests staying at the hotel, so it would be good to use it. The breakfast was also clean and good. The most important thing is the hot spring!! It is definitely a hot spring village, so my skin was soft~~ I liked it so much that I want to go again next time. The room had a private hot spring, and you can use the open-air bath with a swimsuit, so I recommend that you bring it. I plan to use it again next time. I found a hotel that I like after a long time^^

The location is very good, right in the downtown area, but the parking lot is a cooperative parking lot, and only during peak hours can people enter when Ou Yao and others appear. So I waited for half an hour before checking in that day. And it is not free parking but half-price parking. In addition, the room only has air conditioning but no heating, so the temperature is very cold in winter. I have to turn off the air conditioning to barely accept it.

This B&B is located in the Jiaoxi Hot Spring District. It has a good location and convenient transportation. Although there is no breakfast included, eating out is a pleasure in Taiwan, so it doesn’t really matter. Because it is a hot spring hotel, there is a private hot spring in the room, which is a big plus. However, the decoration style of the room is more childish and dreamy. It may be because the main customer base is families. For me who is traveling alone, it is a bit unsuitable. The colors and layout are a bit too cartoony. In addition, the mattress bedding smells a bit like old people's smell, which is not very comfortable, but you can only bear with it. Apart from that, the overall living experience is OK without any major problems.

Best hotel I've went to so far in Yilan! Loved the spacious room and bathroom - was surprised to see two televisions in the room haha. Everything felt luxurious and clean! What's most important is the super King bed - had a really good sleep :) Pretty convenient located nearby restaurants and shops!

The hotel is located near the Jiaoxi Bus Station. You don't need to drive to and from Taipei. You can take a bus from the Taipei City Government Bus Station and it takes about an hour to get to Jiaoxi. The transportation is quite convenient. The rooms and bathrooms in the hotel are spacious and comfortable, allowing you to relax and enjoy the fun of hot springs. The hotel prepared a multi-course dinner. Although each dish was not large in size, it was still exquisite and delicious overall. Especially the Chinese seafood porridge in the breakfast option. The ingredients were good and you could taste the whole crab meat. It is highly recommended.

I booked it after reading the reviews that the bed was very comfortable and the service staff was very nice. When I checked in, I found out that this is a pilgrim hotel. There seemed to be two pilgrimage groups that day. The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities are old, but basically The environment is clean. The bathtub is a very ordinary bathtub. There is a bath, but it really doesn't feel like a hot spring🤔. There is a small refrigerator, which is frozen and there are buns from guests who don't know how long ago😔. There are simple porridge and side dishes for breakfast. , toast, coffee, black tea, soy milk, very simple. I walked to the busy road last night and found that many hot spring hotels are also good. I checked and the price is not more expensive than Hongguan. I will go elsewhere next time. The bed is neat and tidy. It's not a stand-alone room but it has moderate softness and hardness. The service staff is very good. On the day of check-in, they helped us upgrade to a four-person room (originally booked for three people). We had to make a reservation for the hot spring pool (family style), but we gave up after 9.10 o'clock. Give this hotel 65 points

Location: The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Jiaoxi Train Station, making it easy to arrive with a child and luggage. One of the best parts is how close it is to all the great local eateries—from traditional ********* breakfast spots to noodle shops and dessert places, everything is within a short stroll. We loved popping out for quick meals and snacks without planning too much. Even though it's centrally located, the hotel feels like a quiet, relaxing retreat once you're inside. Room: Our room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The private in-room hot spring bath was a huge hit—not just for me but also for my 7-year-old. The water temperature was easy to adjust, and it became our daily ritual to soak and relax. Kid-Friendliness: Although the hotel has a stylish, adult-focused vibe, the staff welcomed children. They provided child-sized slippers, which made my little one feel like a VIP guest. The rooftop pool area was also suitable for kids (with supervision), and we spent a lovely day splashing around with mountain views. One thoughtful bonus: even after we checked out, we were still allowed to use the rooftop pool and hot spring facilities. That extra flexibility made a massive difference for us — it meant we could enjoy one more relaxing soak and a bit of pool time before catching our train home. It showed how the hotel goes the extra mile to accommodate families. Facilities: The rooftop infinity pool and hot spring area are just as beautiful as in the photos—peaceful, scenic, and well-maintained. There's also a cozy lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks, which came in handy for quick breaks between activities. Everything felt clean, well-designed, and easy to access, even with a child. Service: The service was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. The front desk staff were helpful with suggestions for nearby places to eat and always greeted my child with a smile. They made us feel welcome from start to finish. Breakfast: Breakfast was a treat for adults and kids — a great mix of Western and ********* options. My 7-year-old especially loved the fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, and mini croissants, while I enjoyed the local touches like sweet potato porridge, scallion pancakes, and handmade soy milk. Overall: Wellspring by Silks is a perfect blend of peaceful luxury and family-friendly comfort. Whether traveling solo, as a couple, or with kids, it's a great spot to unwind and enjoy the best of Jiaoxi's hot spring culture. We're already looking forward to our next visit.
