The check-in process was quite poor, leaving a very negative impression. Not only did we wait too long, but after presenting my ID for check-in, I was asked to provide a booking reference number. I found one, but was told it was incorrect, and then asked to find another, shorter one. It was a really frustrating hassle! Don't they usually find reservations by name? Furthermore, my friend and I were checking in together, but they didn't thoughtfully assign us rooms close to each other; our rooms were quite far apart. I'm not sure if the staff member was new, but by the time my friend was done, the attendant at the next counter had already checked in two other guests.

The hotel is a short less than 5 min walk from the Yilan train station which makes it a good base to visit different attractions in the Yilan area. It's rather old and items in the bathroom are breaking down. The hotel doesn't provide toilet paper which I guess is due to the weak flush that tends to choke. The breakfast is ok, good spread but nothing spectacular. There is a free games room in the basement and a MacDonalds on first floor which makes it good for kids

The rooms are very spacious and fully equipped. Breakfast, lunch, and quality dinner are served, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel also features an on-site gym, perfect for fitness enthusiasts. Additionally, they provide a shuttle service to and from the subway station. Overall, a great hotel.

Hotel is near to Yilan Railway Station. The night market is just nearby. There are plenty of eateries around the hotel. Great beef noodle shop operated just beside the hotel. The price of accommodation is good. Big room.

Yilan Keqing Hotel is in a great location, close to the train station and Dongmen Tourist Night Market, and can be reached on foot. Our room was large and comfortable, with a sofa, a large toilet, bottled water, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a hair dryer available in the room. The bed, quilt, and pillows were all very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and had a good service attitude. There was free hot cocoa in the lobby, which made us feel warm when we checked in on a rainy day. We had breakfast at the Sunlight Restaurant on the ninth floor. The dining environment here was very good. There were not many styles of dishes, but they were definitely full and delicious. The overall CP value was quite high and worth recommending.
