房間整體衞生不錯，就洗手間是乾淨的但會有點味道，可能是水渠傳上來的味道。
位置很好，附近有很多餐廳、手搖店和便利店，跟羅東夜市也近。而且離公交車和捷運站也不遠。
服務也不錯，有問題能line民宿主人。
設施也不錯，房間也比想像的大，也有熱水和雪櫃提供。隔音其實也還行，沒有那麼差。
