酒店的服務人員態度很好，酒店設施都很貼心
我喜歡在房間裏泡溫泉，所以會選擇有這個設施的酒店

他居住的環境乾淨，他就是位於礁溪很熱鬧的地方，買東西很方便，而且他們很貼心在一樓還有準備迎賓的飲料跟茶點隔天的早餐也很好選擇多樣

在礁溪市區位置很便利，早餐很豐富，白天玩了一天，晚上回來泡湯很舒服，5樓還有公共SPA池，開放時間14:00～22:00，也可以提早入住去泡湯。

Hotel的大眾池還不錯，只是樓層正對隔壁棟，比較沒有隱私，房間大小還可以，冷氣也涼，房間的溫泉很舒適，早餐簡單、選擇不多，還好味道還可以。走一小段路程，附近美食最喜歡雪花冰！

飯店服務態度良好，設施尚可房間冷氣舊了點聲音太大聲太吵了⋯浴室蓮蓬頭熱水不好調水溫。早餐普普可以再豐盛些。
