位置上，停車位約4-5個可使用，方便帶著孩子大包小包的家庭！離冬山河親水公園距離也不遠。
設施上，我入住的房間剛好在頂樓，設施不算新穎但乾淨，備品齊全，電視也可以看NEFLIX,ㄧ不小心就追起劇。
外面有遮蔽的露台，可以晾曬洗淨的衣物。
聯繫上，民宿主人是用line給予訊息及房卡資訊，一樓門口就有聯繫方式，減少了緊張感。整體上入住體驗算優。
