The hotel staff are friendly and kind. The room is clean and spacious, with a private hot spring bathtub. The room also provides a variety of snacks and drinks (including water, soda, beer, sports drinks and soy milk).

First time writing a review, I really can't help but praise! The location is super good, Reef Railway Station is 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel, very convenient to get in and out by train! The private bath in the room is very convenient and large enough for two people to soak! The room is big enough overall, clean and tidy ~ 2/f has naked bath, hot spring nothing special, no scenery, but there is sauna available! Breakfast can't be missed! In the semi buffet, you can choose a package (there are several options), stayed 3 nights we tried 3, all good, buffet part has many choices! Another highlight, the breakfast restaurant view is superb! Finally to praise is the service is really good! From the front desk to the restaurant, to room cleaning is unbeatable! In summary, the value for money can be said to be super high ~

We have been to many places in Taiwan, and this is the first time we chose Jiaoxi to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Since my husband has very high requirements for hotels, we compared many hotels and finally chose Yamagata Pavilion. In just 4 days and 3 nights, we could not find any faults with the front desk, cleaning staff and parking lot uncle. Instead, we were impressed by the enthusiasm and attitude of the service staff in different fields. On the first day, we checked in at the hotel. The reception was very polite. Someone was arranged to take us to our room and introduce us. Every day when they saw us, they would greet us and ask us how we felt. They would make adjustments and arrangements for us immediately after a quick inquiry. They were even more attentive than we thought. The only way to get to and from the hotel was through the parking lot. When the uncle in the parking lot saw us from a distance, he would smile and wave to us enthusiastically. It felt like home. On the last day, we checked out and went back to the hotel to pick up our luggage. I never expected that in addition to their usual kindness and care, all the staff waved goodbye to us, including the uncle in the parking lot who saw us pushing our luggage and deliberately came up to us to say goodbye. It was so heartwarming. Except for Japan, where I have tried this kind of treatment, Yamagata Pavilion is one of our highest rated hotels. My husband and I fell in love with this place. Whenever we want to escape from Hong Kong, we will definitely choose to go to Yamagata Pavilion to recuperate.
