距離火車站距離 尚可，因為想去寧靜地方，所以位置 非常合適 性價比很高了，想要 繁華鬧市的，請再做考慮。 乾淨整齊 應有盡有 又有 自己泡溫泉的地方 很不錯了。

距離礁溪熱鬧的區域較遠，但是停車方便得多，環境也相對安靜。
房間比較潮濕有霉味，但是進房後打開空調與除溼機就可以解決問題。
目前沒有提供早餐，我的訂房也沒有早餐卷，飲水都是蒸餾水很好，每間房間也會有瓶裝水。
備品齊全，浴室的泡澡池很大，水量比較小但是溫泉水質很好，水溫也足夠。
價格與清幽的環境，我覺得很不錯。

床單和被套根本就沒換過，枕頭上還有頭髮，提出意見後來給換了，而且服務員拉長着臉，明明是自己的錯，好像別人提出來是別人的錯嗎？

可能是靠山邊吧！房間內有霉味，床頭牆壁上有霉斑，晚上睡覺的都有機械設備啟動的聲音！
