酒店地理優越 步行東門觀光夜市2分鐘 宜蘭車站6分鐘。服務員態度親切 有問即答，房間設備齊且提早開空調舒適，日光餐廳吃早餐在9樓風景绝佳，早餐簡單但美味。可青大飯店值得推薦。飯店對面有臭臭鍋火鍋店，性價比高，老闆風趣且大方，額外提供白肉片给各位客人。

The room cleaning is not good enough, the floor is often not clean enough, but when I report it to the service staff, they respond and come to deal with it immediately. I also want to praise the chef in the kitchen who is very kind and enthusiastic.

地點極好的市區飯店，走路就可到宜蘭車站、東門夜市，內部裝潢、廁所、餐廳全部都翻新過，完全沒有老飯店的感覺(Google街景已經4年沒更新)。入住當天是平日，有提前打電話確認入住時間，提早幫忙開冷氣，不過可能因為訂房數很少，走廊的空調完全沒開，出房間跟電梯內有點悶熱。附贈的早餐為中式四道菜，白稀飯及常見配粥的小菜，烤麵包機有土司及圓餐包，咖啡機有美式和可可，跟大廳的機台一樣，旁邊有牛奶豆漿可自己調配成拿鐵。飯店門口有兩格車位可以停(騎樓下須付費)，宜蘭應該是可以停騎樓的，周邊家戶都這樣停，旁邊有付費停車場可停過夜(平日有單日上限)，及路邊少部分白線可免費停，停車是入住這裡唯一需要煩惱的點。
