Everything is ordinary. The staff is not friendly. From the counter. Hot spring pool. Especially the hot spring pool. The staff is busy chatting. I don't recommend this hotel. Especially if you drive. Parking is even more inconvenient. The hotel parking lot is far away. You have to take a shuttle bus!! The hotel is old. The hot spring area is even older and dilapidated.

The weather was hot and I wanted to take a hot spring bath to cool off. I was assigned room 3F. Before entering, I was told to turn on the air conditioner myself, but after entering, I could take a cold spring bath. ． After getting up, I found that the air conditioner was set to 23 degrees and it was still around 29 degrees after an hour. Later, I found that the refrigerant was leaking. I reported it to the counter and the air conditioner in the room was faulty and there was no wind and it was not cold. Traveled from Yilan to visit the Hotel hot springs spa. There were so many hot spring pools to relax in with many quirky “smells” added to the waters including Wine, Bubble gum, and Aromatherapy oils, quite different and really enjoyable. Good value for money for a Luxury Hotel unlike the near by Evergreen which was around twice the price and smaller facilities (although they do supply towels and free hot and cold drinks)

Our cycle group came here on our tour of Taiwan. Hotel is located in the city with good access to nearby coin laundry, restaurants, street vendors and convenience stores. Our room was enormous with very good quality facilities, albeit a little dated. Buffet breakfast was good.
