酒店職員服務優質，酒店設有泳池、溫泉、兒童遊樂設施。並會提供不少活動，包括晚上泳池電影播放，手工工作坊等，即使留在酒店不外出，亦能玩上一整天。早餐不是自助餐，有套餐，以叫餐和送餐形式。

飯店十分新淨，暑假每日有唔同既活動，5點有小遊戲，8點有水上電影，小朋友玩得好開心，温泉也很多不同既池，餐飲方面都好好。絶對值得下次再去。

飯店的所有服務人員皆專業親切，還會主動查覺顧客的潛在的需求而在確認顧客意願後提供顧客服務，讓我們有賓至如歸的感受，服務的品質值得五顆星評價，飯店整體歐式風格有讓人到歐洲度假的感受，夏日冷泉泡湯很消暑，晚上可在泳池悠閒地坐臥在網美拍照的獨角獸大型泳圈裡邊泡冷泉邊看戶外電影，晚餐在飯店餐廳裡享用夏日賞味晚餐每客1650元，幾乎每道餐點皆色香味俱全，擺盤很講究，餐點新鮮美味，最令人印象深刻的是草蝦，口感不輸龍蝦，連蝦殼都香到幾乎都完食，會想再次品嚐，花枝燉飯、茉莉綠茶等皆香味迷人，麵包佐腐乳奶油也是令人忍不住再續...這次住宿拍了很多美照收獲滿滿。

這次獨旅選擇了有泳池與酒吧的飯店！泳池維護得非常好～讓人能夠安心的游泳！酒吧部分有很多選擇，也有餐點可以點！完全適合放懶的地方…最開心的是有充電樁可以使用！不需要自己另外找充電樁充電！真的很方便～比較可惜的是停車場是戶外！下雨就很不方便
