一到大廳時就有專人引導，櫃檯人員很親切且對於房間的設備仔細解說，房間不算大但具有日式風格，晚餐菜色多尤其是海鮮類 ，泳池也很大，小孩們玩的好開心。

Though the location is a bit inconvenient and there's no convenient shop nearby, it really served as a getaway from the city. The room is a bit small, especially the toilet, but the view is marvellous. As for the buffet, it's decent but not much changes for the 3d2n stay. There's diy workshop and evening performances to keep you accompanied for the day. In addition, the open-air hot spring bath is a must to go.

Warm welcome by the hotel staffs, pleasant tour n explanation on hotel facilities n directions.
Dinner buffet was very nice and staff were nice too.
Night hot spa was fantastic! Room concept is good!

The atmosphere is great, but the bathtub in the room is too small for two people to use it together. The balcony area was probably not cleaned, and there were spider webs on both chairs.
The bed was made at 18:30 when we were going to eat, and they came to make the bed at 17:55 when we were taking a hot spring bath. It was really strange. In Japan, beds are made when guests go to eat, but in Taiwan, it’s okay if you make an appointment. But it’s a bit hard to understand why they were not punctual.
As for food, the breakfast buffet is not very tasty, and the Iwanami no-menu restaurant is a waste of time. It took almost 2 hours to eat, and we kept waiting.
It's not very delicious until I want to sleep, but it's pretty for taking pictures.
