Stayed 2 nights in this property over Typhoon Kong-Rey. Love the in-room hot spring, the one-time usage of minibar & the availability of water dispenser in every level. Location of hotel is also very strategic. Thankful to the team for taking care of us during Typhoon Kong-Rey by offering umbrella, checking where we are going, advising us to be careful of the weather & also offering car rides to keep us safe.

We booked a Japanese Superior Room for one adult, one teenage and a child. The room is way too small. There isn’t a place to put our luggages. The luggage rack adjust beside the door is not usable because if you put even a cabin luggage on the rack, you won’t be able to open the door. There is also no extra room to move around in the hotel room. Other than the room size, all other things are fine. Service is good and breakfast is very good too! The location is very convenient as it is just a 10-15 mins walk from the train station. There are convenient stall just a few mins away and there are many options for restaurant and street food nearby.

Hotel very new, the “residence” has bigger rooms and is quieter. I don’t think the inconvenience is that big a problem, the peace and quiet is better The onsen tub is large and the room is very spacious and new All great

The most upscale hotel in Luodong. The location is convenient, it takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to Luodong Railway Station. The underground lobby is large, the rooms are large, there are two bathing pools, and bath salts are provided for you to take a bath. The drinks in the refrigerator are free, and there are also Samsung spring onion snack noodles, which will be restocked every day after you enjoy them. The view from the top floor is beautiful, including the night view of the low buildings in Luodong. There are many breakfast options, and the best thing is that breakfast is available until 1:00 pm, which is convenient for travelers who get up late and don’t have to rush their schedule.

Extremely beautiful and relaxing. We loved the facilities and had so much fun in the pool. Also, the food provided in the bar and during breakfast period is certainly extraordinary. We had a wonderful time there enjoying ourselves.

The only thing to be explained in advance is that everything here needs to be booked in advance, from taking the bus to the hotel (one day in advance) to eating and playing any activities, you need to make an appointment in advance The buffet is very rich in the morning and evening and is suitable for Asian stomachs, with many ********* specialties. If you don’t eat breakfast, you can choose to eat the set meal at noon, but you must make an appointment in advance. The independent bathtub in the room is very comfortable, and I didn’t go to the public area. The transportation connection is very convenient, 250 Taiwan dollars per person from Taipei to the hotel.

Everything is nice. The room is clean and cozy. The staff is helpful and efficient in assisting us to check in. The only downside is the hotspring inside the room. The hot pool design is a bit difficult for the elderly to get in.

After checking out, my family forgot their personal belongings. The housekeeping staff were very enthusiastic to help find them, and carefully packaged them and sent them back in ziplock bags. Thank you very much for your hard work.

平均一年會來1到2次的飯店，小孩的天堂，進來就不想離開。裡面的設施各自吸引不同年鈴層，家族旅遊也很適合帶爸媽跟小孩來放鬆。這次加錢入住芬朵奇堡樓層，覺得很多很棒的部分。 1. 我們選一大床房型，有浴缸可泡澡還可以邊泡澡邊看電視，因為有音源輸出到浴室。房內有帳篷，兩個小孩第一晚都睡帳篷，爸媽反而可以享受超大的一大床不用再被小孩踢被冷醒。 2.住兩晚都遇到下雨天，可以在自己房間樓層開電動車不用去8樓排隊玩公用電動車。推薦住9樓，遇到下雨天的時候8樓走道還可能會塞車。 3.從9樓到窩窩樂有樓梯可通到8樓，從8樓有樓梯可下到趣七樓，這些設施都在同一邊，可以不搭電梯省下往返走路的時間。 4.第二天待到1點整去趣七樓，已經有其他房客先到了，還好還有空位，因為在接下來十分鐘內即將就額滿了。手沖咖啡很香，配上現場提供的餅乾麵包，很享受，但如果沒有找到座位就無法品嚐手沖咖啡。第一天下午三點多來趣七樓簡直是災難，一堆人走來走去，還有人問沒座位可以站著吃嗎?就算坐著也無法很放鬆，因為旁邊會有人在等你的位置。 5.很感謝飯店在兩點半後就準備好房間可以領房卡了，領房卡時就已經看到有人在排隊要等劃位電影票。上到九樓就看到領車中心也在排隊了，結果一到九樓就是小孩先去排隊領車中心，因為小孩雖然才小學三年級，但也有點大了，怕沒有適合他的車。結果果然沒錯，選擇很少，最後還好有選到他能開的車，不然唯一只看到一台較大台的摩托車給更大的哥哥騎。希望能進一些合適的車給這些小學三年級以上的大孩子騎。 6.很喜歡的是退房後跟進房前都能使用6樓的設施，每次退房後我們都會去SPA活水區玩。櫃臺還有拖鞋可以借，也有提供大毛巾跟水，衣櫃內還有袋子讓你裝濕衣服。整個都很貼心。玩水後我都會讓小孩先梳洗，好了之後到櫃檯旁邊的積木區玩，我在慢慢收拾東西。 7.房間內的備品也都不馬虎，我最愛的歐舒丹備品跟牛仔包，每次來內容物會更換，完全不會膩。
