A resort in Yilan, backed by Yuanshan Mountain, quiet! The hotel has a view at every step, friendly service, new facilities, hot springs can be taken directly in the room, and the hotel also prepares midnight snacks at night. The bedding is of good quality.

The service of the hotel staff is very professional and friendly. When I checked in, I found that the hotel received instructions for a double bed. I told the front desk staff that we requested a room with two beds. The front desk immediately asked the housekeeping staff to sort out the room type we wanted and arranged it at 15 They helped us change rooms within minutes, very efficient! When I originally booked this hotel, breakfast was included. The breakfast on the second morning was very rich, including bread, yogurt, porridge, eggs, soup noodles, vegetables, cereals, etc. There were so many options to eat. The food is delicious, both Chinese and Western. The hot spring bath is nice. Because we live on a high floor, the view is beautiful. There are also fireworks at night. The whole holiday is in a good mood.

When I ate at a restaurant twice, I encountered oil residue on the bottom of the plate (greasy and slippery on my hands), and only residue on the soup bowl. The tableware inspection must be stricter, after all, food safety and hygiene. When I first entered the room, there was oil on the floor under the bathroom sink and small garbage bags used by the previous tenants for sanitary utensils. The air conditioner in the room is slightly louder

It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! This hotel really checked all the boxes for a comfortable and family-friendly getaway. The highlight for us was the tatami-style bed in the room. It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe. The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played. Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for another visit! The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day! The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local ********* dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea.
