酒店基於住宅樓盤改造，所以周圍買東西和吃飯都很方便，下樓即達，選擇多樣。整個房型佈置和宣傳頁保持一致。再來説下缺點，電梯的刷卡機制未啟用，對於樓盤改造的酒店還是建議開啟。房間內洗手建議配備洗手液，而且肥皂沒有提供可擺放的盤子。
