1201 全景房窗外景觀很醜很醜，方位應該是在地下停車場那邊，往外看 2/3 都是舊舊的低層居民樓，要麼就是違章建築搭的藍色板房， 1/3 是桂圓路，怎麼好意思説俯瞰夜景的啊，讓我看別人晾的紅色搖褲兒嗎？不知道這種房間怎麼就丟給我住了很無語。住宿上其他倒是沒得話説，洗衣服務是讓客房阿姨送洗的，出門前給的，晚上回來已經烘乾好掛在衣櫥裏了。如果讓我花三百多住這種全景房我不如還是住之前那個豪華大床🥲，浴缸對我來説不是必需品。

昨晚應酬回來使用了下大廳洗手間，馬桶全部堵完，臭氣熏天，跟前台小姐姐反饋，態度冷漠，叫我出去外面上公共洗手間，我説我肯定要給你個差評，這才開始找人去處理，這種服務真的差勁！

酒店定位是高檔酒店，從價格來説大概對標的是恆旭。但配置和服務都比恆旭差一點，勝在位置更好。1.酒店沒有機器人，前台不是24小時的，半夜點外賣的話就得自己下樓拿；2.兑了兩次升房的權益都沒給，入住的時候前台也不會主動確認房型；3.酒店外窗全部貼了條紋，視野基本遮擋完了
