作為一個同行業者，給出的評價非常客觀。這家酒店給客人的服務感非常好，員工一看就是經過詳細培訓的，整體感受非常細緻每一個環節都很棒，這麼低的價格能夠做到這種程度，非常推薦！房間準備的小零食很喜歡，還有夏天才有的紅糖涼糕也吃了，味道不錯。第二天退房因為高鐵時間比較晚，酒店為我免費延遲了退房時間，非常貼心，希望酒店保持這種水準，希望好的酒店生意興隆。

很滿意的一次入住體驗，服務很好，從預訂開始就有管家給我聯繫詢問需求，到酒店辦理入住很快，送了我一個伴手禮，是兩盒宜賓燃麪，很有特色。房間風景很好，設施維護的不錯，酒店位置也很好，而且停車是免費的，這對我們這種開車的很友好，去合江門逛了一下，感受了三江匯合的魅力。走的時候還會詢問我們住店感受，很好很滿意的一次入住體驗

房間設施設備齊全，佈局很舒適，有迎賓水果。小紅裙管家服務很好，提前打電話聯繫幫我安排我想要的房間，還給我升級了房型，升級後的房間江景視野特別好。老牌的五星級酒店，房間整體風格偏商務，但是保養的不錯。退房的時候給了我伴手禮，是宜賓的特產燃麪，小管家得知我下一站是竹海，給我推薦了比較好的酒店，還給我規劃了一下路線，真的太體貼了。以後有機會還來宜賓，還來名人體驗一下小管家的服務。

本次住宿很滿意，看介紹酒店開業有點年份了，來了以後住的很舒適，一點都看不出來是開了好幾年的酒店，設施完善。前台服務態度好，最近宜賓天氣很熱，提醒我們出行要做好防曬，還提供了藿香正氣水消暑。第二天的早餐味道也不錯，坐了一個窗邊的位置。對着金沙江吃了一個悠閑的早餐。總之從入住到退房都很滿意，會向來宜賓的朋友推薦這家酒店。

給家人定的這家酒店太滿意了。位置方便，長者小孩出行都省力。房間寬敞乾淨，床品舒服，長輩説睡得很好。前台服務很貼心，看到帶長者主動幫忙拿行李，還提醒電梯位置，小孩兒的洗漱用品和拖鞋也提前給我準備在了房間。酒店提供的機器人配送服務非常便利，外面由機器人送到房間，不用再自己下樓取。早餐種類挺豐富的，中西式都有，味道也符合預期。整體服務周到，值得再次入住。

酒店的服務非常好，特別是小葵積極幫忙解決問題，感謝！房間及衞生也不錯！酒店早餐稍弱，現煮檔的味道還是不錯的，但其他食物品質比較一般，有提高的空間。
