這家錦江之星酒店環境、設施及服務太差，完全顛覆對錦江之星酒店的認識，為後面其他旅客“避坑”我詳細説一下：
1.酒店房間極吵，存在各種噪音（空調噪音、走廊裏全是各種設備噪音、衞生間抽水馬桶噪音、早上六點以後走廊各類喧嘩噪音）：本來預訂了另一個酒店，但是看到那個酒店房間不隔音變取消，再預訂這家錦江之星酒店，還特別告知要求安靜無煙房間。但是分配到的5樓房間（最高6樓）：首先，是空調噪音出去玩晚上十點多回到房間，洗完澡十點半準備睡覺打開空調，發現空調外機好像在床頭似的，以為是窗户未關，關上窗户聲音一點沒有小，後面太困準備不折騰睡覺，但是十分鐘後根本無法入睡，於是想找前台反映這時發現房間沒有座機電話！自己跑的電梯準備到前台發現電梯邊有個電話，反映噪音，前台輕飄飄説讓保安來看一下，等了一段時間來了人説確實噪音，於是説換一個房間，打開一個極小的房間，窗外有空調噪音但是小一點，為儘早休息（第二天需要自駕六個小時）同意換房但是提出因為太晚了行李是否明天整理（確認原來那間房當天不會出售）搬到新的房間，前台直接拒絕要求必須把行李全部搬到新房，於是半夜三更整理收集行李再到新的房間。更為奇葩的事情是，新的房間窗台空調噪音比原來小一點，但是衞生間不時傳來噪音！發現問題已經十一點半了，問了早點睡覺沒有再折騰！但是，早上六點後，從走廊傳了各種腳步聲、其他旅客談話、説笑，門根本不隔音！
2、酒店設施極為簡陋，每個房間都有異味：房間裏沒有座機電話、沒有洗浴拖鞋，床單被子是那種最為廉價不如便宜招待所，進房間後一股黴味、巴氏消毒液味、臭味。
3、從原來非常吵鬧的房間換到極小房間，空調對着人吹，一起來感覺感冒頭疼，且渾身疼。
4、服務差，反饋噪音提出半夜暫時不要把行李搬到新房間，前台直接説酒店制度不行必須搬，後面説要差評，前台説送早餐但是行李還是要搬！早上跟前台説空調對着吹一晚上有感冒現象，前台直接説晚上不開空調就可以了，讓人無語。

設施比較新，打掃及時，房間很乾凈，環境雖然在景區附近，但因為在巷子裏一點都不吵鬧，走路就能到附近景點～前台服務的人員非常好～對待客人很禮貌，儘可能的幫助客人解決問題～再來宜賓還會選擇入住

位置在老城的中心，離合江廣場走路大概10分鐘。整體上性價比非常高。説幾個比較滿意的點，一是衞生間乾濕分離而且洗浴部分非常大。被子是非常適合這個季節的薄被。房間整體上非常安靜，窗户很大但並不向著街的那一面，而且他門口那條小街也很安靜。

酒店設施很齊全，最重要的是安全係數比較高，這應該是大家最關心的點了吧這家酒店不僅設施一應俱全，更把安全做到極致，24小時監控、智能門禁，讓人住得安心又舒心，這才是旅途中真正的踏實感。

端午節在平台上預訂了這家酒店，體驗感極差，從未遇到如此讓人憤怒的一家連鎖酒店。
首先，這家酒店在逼仄的小巷子，單行道，酒店門頭給人很廉價的感覺。我們晚上十點過到酒店被前台通知沒有車位，但酒店詳情頁上標明瞭免費提供停車場，後續詢問能否報銷車費得到的也是否定的回答，並讓我們停在酒店門口的馬路牙子上，且一再進行免責聲明，指出這個地方很可能被交警貼違章。酒店前台服務態度極差，帶着怨氣上班，問什麼都是一副拽得不行的樣子，敗好感。
其次，我們三間房在兩個平台定的，其中兩間在同一平台，但均定的大床房，我認為至少要保證同一平台兩間房是連在一起的，結果後面前台説系統固定給我們了三間房，其中兩間還是逼仄的首尾間，且三間房都不在一層樓。
再者，酒店衞生糟糕，我進入客房後發現馬桶並未清洗乾淨，而且床上用品也不太乾淨，難以忍受。除此之外，我居住的房間麗居民樓十分近，晚上在酒店入住時還能聽到隔壁中年男性的咳嗽聲，讓人十分後怕。
最後，酒店走廊燈光十分黑暗，晚上由於比較害怕所以沒有拍，但是的確是黑漆漆的觀感，再加上服務態度極差，給人體驗感非常不好。
住過許多家連鎖酒店，衹有這家從設施、服務、位置都給我極差的體驗，希望大家入住前好好看看我的評論，不要選擇這家酒店。

騎行路過宜賓時選擇的酒店，酒店本身環境無可挑剔，就是位置有些難找，入住體驗很好。前台姐姐服務態度很貼心，走的時候特意多給了兩瓶水。
