服務：工作人員服務熱情周到，貼心。 環境：温馨舒適，乾淨整潔。 位置：位置離月沼很近，周邊有飯店，咖啡館，很方便。 院子裏可以坐着發發呆，看看江南景色。下次來宏村還會選擇這家酒店，環境好，性價比高。

房間也很乾凈很衞生，打掃到位，沒有異味。周邊環境安靜，沒有什麼噪音，離核心景點步行衹需要一二分鐘，周邊有美食街，完全不用擔心沒東西吃。最最貼心的是，第二天退房前寶寶還在睡覺，前台小姐姐通融我們到寶寶睡醒才退房，臨走還幫我們送行李，真的非常感動。

房間乾淨，地理位置非常棒，月沼離酒店特別近，而且酒店設施也很齊全，關鍵是小姐姐人很好，臨走那天我們車在停車場被撞了，耽誤了很長時間，幫我們通融延遲退房，非常感謝

中午一到宏村，小姐姐就安排了門口幫忙拉行李，提前開好了空調，準備了果盤，一進屋裡就很舒適，特別適合剛爬完黃山累死累活的狀態哈哈哈～小姐姐還推薦了周圍的盧村，果然人少景美舒適的很！住的很舒服，有投影可以躺着追劇美汁汁～熱水充足哈哈哈，走的時候大早上的還下着雨，還是幫我們把行李拖到了景區門口～總結起來就是兩個字：靠譜！民宿位置離月沼和南湖都很近，很方便～（不愧是五一之前在網上挑了好幾天的民宿哈哈哈，評論區誠不欺我，棒棒🥰）
