Terrible service… we booked one month in advance by mistake and one after we realized the hotel didn’t help us to cancel despite our good faith. We also tried by popping up at the reception and nobody helped us. Last but but least last time we stayed we couldn’t reach reception and didn’t get anything from room service even after asking several time. I will not recommend and go to the hotel anymore.

地理位置還行，距離地鐵站不算遠，但是去大多數景點都要坐地鐵，其實也不算最方便。附近其實有一個很大的商業和交通集散中心，藏在一個門面不太起眼的樓裏。房間還不錯，比較寬敞。酒店沒有泳池。但是酒店辦理入住的服務人員能力不太行，一間房三個晚上分了3個訂單，他們就搞不清楚了，處理了半小時，還要每天早上辦理一次退房和重新入住更新鑰匙，非常麻煩。酒店早餐還可以，有現做的煎蛋卷，開始以為是尋常，後來在歐洲住了一些同級別或更好的酒店後，發現這家的早餐已經屬於非常豐盛的了。

入住的時候門前在修路，每天都要在施工地上走半天，鞋全都走臟了。房間中規中矩，弄了很多玻璃鏡子，感覺不是很舒服。視野不是特別好，要分房型，有的房型完全面對着火車站，什麼都看不到。服務還可以，對於會員有專門的服務區。早餐非常不好，主要是人實在是太多，等位都要等十分鐘以上。另外還有一點非常不好，就是這個酒店旅遊團的人特別多，旅遊團的人門口等大巴，烏泱烏泱的，堵在門口，別人都別想進。總之，性價比特別不高，絕對不會住二次。
