A very convenient location, just minutes from the bus station. And the room was comfortable and pleasant to stay at. I really enjoyed that my room had a bath as I needed to unwind at the end of the day.

Myself and my Son are currently staying at this Hotel and I’m taking the time to write this review to give positive feedback to the Hotel staff and their team. We are in a large twin bedroom which overlooks a patio area. our room is clean and spacious and has a large en-suite , the staff are lovely too. The manager is so friendly and kind. I can’t fault any of the care we have received or service and Thankyou all my heart for giving us time to stay here. Security of area 100 % Cleaning Service 100% Staff Service 100 % Hotel recommended 100% Ease of Access to Food and Shops and local businesses 100%

It’s clean and basic but room for improvements. We arrived late on Wednesday night and our room was directly behind the reception area and the room was very small. The room is clean and basic however the bed was extremely uncomfortable and seemed to be faulty as it dipped to one side. We also were left one bath towel for two guests so we had to ask for another towel. The bathroom was extremely tiny and unmovable. You have to push the shower door in to climb in very awkward to get in and out of. If you were a solo traveller you might get away with this room however I personally believe the room should be used as an office for the staff as it just did not meet guest standards. Or remove the bath and have a walk in shower instead as another option. However the hotels location is very handy with walkable distance to shops and cafes etc. The hotel has WiFi, smart TV’s and full length mirror and dressing table in rooms which do help make the room better. Also quite noisy so if you’re a light sleeper it’s not too great.

I’ll start with the positives - the location was really good and central for food, drinks, and a few shops. That’s it. The rooms are beyond tired. I was offered a room with no window, there were not enough towels provided for the amount of guests and after check out we received a text effectively accusing us of stealing towels and attempting to charge an extra £100!!! Some of the towels we were given had not been washed thoroughly if at all!!! I had a room with access via a small ‘courtyard’ overlooked and very close to the back of a restaurant I think where 2 men regularly had a ‘smoke’ break and looked in. The smells in the corridors varied as you walked through the maze of this hotel from restaurant kitchen smells, questionable leaf smells, to bleach. The faces of local people when told where we staying said it all!! I would not at any point recommend staying in this ‘hotel’

Well situated. The rooms are small (double) and although there was double occupancy there was only one towel. The Premier Inn is across the road with larger rooms, which is slightly more expensive. The hotel was reasonable and quiet for where it was situated.

Loved the jacuzzi the view of the river and he best breakfast a man could wish for. Really great service though out my stay and couldn’t wish for more! Made my trip to the southwest more pleasurable! Staying in a clean and affordable hotel I couldn’t ask for more

I can not recommend this very basic hotel... especially if you are driving. Parking is only available at the overpriced leisure centre opposite. You also need to phone them to even get in through the front door. Avoid unless you have no other options.

Lovely Irish Lady on reception,, But also needs a Irish Cage Fighter to chuck the noisy bast#?ds that were arguing and shouting and banging doors from 10:30pm until 3:15am ( when I left) outside in the rain to cool them off! Apparently they were going on until 5am! Only £2 cheaper than Premier Inn just across the street, where I stayed a couple of weeks earlier,, only thing that made me choose the cheaper option this time was because of the bath in the en-suite! Never again!

Absolutely awful hotel.. one towel on the bed for a double room and when we asked for another he wasn’t very happy …. No hand towels NO WARDROBE…!! Just hooks on the wall Because it was warm we left the window open … and a man tried coming on through it , when challenged he made a story up about hearing a badger rustling in the recycling….????? Stayed two days and no cleaner The worst place we’ve ever stayed Room 105 we stayed in and it backs in to the restaurant across and cooking smells weren’t welcome Plus the foyer smells of curry
