The room smelt awful - really mouldy smell and all my clothes and possessions smell the same - it’s really horrible . The receptionist was rude on arrival - ignored me and made me wait and was unfriendly and unwelcoming . It was such a contrast to a previous stay I had 2 months ago here when my room didn’t smell and the staff were lovely . I would not want to stay here again .

Breakfast was perfect both days running and the staff at breakfast couldn’t have been more friendly, welcoming and efficient. However the rooms both smelled terrible, making your stomach turn on every entry. I feel that this Premier Inn needs a refresh- the carpets or AC must be causing things awful fusty, damp smell in the room. You can’t even open the window so no relief from it. I think Premier Inn need to do a refresh and deep clean urgently.

We had a pleasant restful night at the Inn, on our way to Cornwall. Our visit was made special, thanks to Lia, who arranged for us to have a room with a bath, rather than just a shower. My wife was very happy - thank you, Lia. We'll be back for another stay 👍

A nice clean and comfortable hotel easy walk to town centre not much to do in Yeovil these days but great location. Room was nice and clean wish you could open the window Nice and quiet the breakfast was good though i prefered it when it was a buffet. overall very good. Will stay again.

The breakfast was terrible—juice jars were empty, poached eggs were watery and tasteless, and the porridge had a rubbery, unpleasant texture. On top of that, the staff at breakfast were slow and quite rude, making the experience even worse. The room smelled awful, and with windows that don’t open, I had to endure it all night. The sheets felt cheap, adding to the discomfort. To make matters worse, I requested a booking invoice three times by phone and never received it. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience. Sorry, but never again.

Morgane could not have been more accommodating, considering the pressure she was under due to short staffing, she did a wonderful job. Not much more to say other than the hotel chain could support their staff better. The beefeater restaurant would be better if re introduced personally… draft beer would also be better received rather than just bottled beer and soft drinks.

Great stay! Had a wonderful time at Premier Inn Yeovil Town Centre. The rooms were clean and comfy, a good location and the service was great. A huge thanks to Morgan for being so helpful and friendly. Definitely going to stay here again when im nearby!
