The hotel is interesting with full amenities. The hotel is cosy and warm.
The buffet breakfast is fantastic and the Hollandise eggs was awesome.

As a family we've eaten at the Pen Mill many many times I bought my parents a voucher to eat there for their 60th wedding anniversary last October but sadly my dad had been to unwell to use it. My dad passed away earlier this month but my mum said she would like to take her friend their for her 80th as she had been so good to her in recent weeks. I contacted the Pen Mill to see if I could extend the voucher date Harry got back to me straight away and sorted it all for me and then booked a table for last Monday Mum said the fish and chips were the best she's ever had topped off with her favourite creme brulè Thanks guys for making everything go smoothly for me

We came in as a pre booked group of 6. After a change of plans. Wow. The service was great from start to finish ,all staff we encountered were happy and attentive. The food was really good for the price we paid. I would definitely re visit here if I'm in the area.

I stayed for work and had such a lovely time. The staff here are super friendly and so welcoming. The food is amazing I had dinner and breakfast and the taste was incredible. The bed was super comfortable and the room was nice and clean. I would highly recommended staying here.

Had a table booked last night but could not get parked in carpark roads around are all double yellow so very annoyed as I was showed shaved suited and booted after shave on so smelling nice as you can see last bit only put in to get to 200 characters

We went with our family for meal out and because they had ribs on the menu as my partner wanted these for a meal. We had starters which were presented very nicely however my sister and I shared halloumi fries with sweet chilli sauce which were very greasy. The ribs both partners had were clearly the shop prepacked ribs you can purchase is Lidl and not good value at all. My sister and I both had the spinach,chick pea and potato curry, this was awful. No taste and so hot spice wise I couldn't eat it.. The bar manager was kind enough to knock the two curries off the bill as we didn't eat it. I would say bog standard food for high prices! In all honesty we wouldn't go back again.

My brother and I took my mum for lunch on Saturday 25th February we arrived at about 1210. We had a lasagne, gammon steak and mum had the two course lunch. Food was all excellent and great value for money. The service from door to table was fantastic, a great experience, compliments to the management especially the chef , definitely will come again the next time I visit my mum

The best hotel full-English breakfast going.. always freshly cooked, good quality and beautifully presented. Room clean and welcoming with a very comfortable bed. Team friendly and helpful. Always love staying there and never disappointed.
