The hotel environment is first-class and the sea view room price is very favorable. It is recommended to stay. The only unpleasant thing is that when checking in, the receptionist insists that you send him a confirmation email for the reservation. This is very strange. No hotel has such a requirement, and giving him a screenshot of the reservation is not enough.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La cuisine du restaurant est varié et très bonne. L'équipe d'animation est très sympathique même si nous n'avons pas participé. Le petit moins est un matelas trop dur et pas assez de pression dans la douche.

Pas d'accueil à notre arrivée à l'hôtel en descendant de la navette. Réception à peine aimable... Cet hôtel est un vrai courant d'air en hiver. Thalasso pas assez chauffée, Sommes tombés malades. Thalasso : soins non adaptés aux personnes âgées, ont généré plus de douleurs que d'amelioration, outre la fraîcheur des salles et des peignoirs rapidement humides... Au bout de 4 séances (sur les douze prévues) nous avons été obligés d'arrêter....mais pas remboursés !!!!! Resultat, location, à nos frais, d'un fauteuil roulant pour 10 jours et médicaments. Chambres avec une belle vue mais beaucoup trop de problèmes (sécurité fenêtre, alimentation électrique, mal isolée, television qui ne fonctionne pas, petits morceaux de plâtre qui tombent). De plus changement de chambre au bout de 10 jours suite à une odeur persistante de mazout. Il était 18h. Mais dans la nouvelle chambre, le chauffage ne fonctionne pas..fin de l'intervention de maintenance à 22h10...plus le ménage à faire car l'entrée et la salle de bain sont pleins d'eau.. Fin du ménage à 22h25 ! Quelles vacances ! Belle vue sur la mer, hôtel très bien placé et le personnel technique fait tout son possible pour arranger les choses. Buffet restaurant correct. Serveurs attentifs et à l'écoute. Hammamet n'est pas du tout adaptée pour circuler en fauteuil roulant.. et l'hôtel tout juste, pavés pour sortir côté entrée principale ascenseur côté mer en panne..
