Dirty (brown) water flowing in the bathroom sink and shower. It happened 4 days out of my 9-day stay. When notified, Hotel Management said “the Hotel is not responsible”! And told me that “I should just wait for the water to clear”. The Owner of the Hotel did not respond to my email. Staff members are nice and kind. Food: breakfast OK; dinner very good. But overall experience is disappointing.

Terrible Hotel. The rooms are full of mosquitoes. Wifi is unstable. Customer service is bad. The hot water for tea in the restaurant was dirty. There are ants all over the place at the restaurant. The breakfast is below standard. No complimentary water in the rooms. The stench in the lift was unbearable. Horrible experience.
