Ho soggiornato 1 settimana per lavoro.
Le foto pubblicate sono ingannevoli e probabilmente risalenti a quando lo avevano ristrutturato.
Arredamento fatiscente, bagno con fili elettrici scoperti, le pareti sporche o non verniciate, accompagnano un livello di servizio molto scadente, un ristorante veramente indecente e del personale poco rispettoso e con poca voglia di servire i clienti. Sono stato veramente deluso, lo sconsiglio a tutti i viaggiatori in visita a Yaounde.

Of the 6 days i stayed, there was bo running water in the taps on 3 mornings. WiFi in the room was very bad. No eggs availabel for breakfast. A/c didn’t work one night and the hotel couldn't provide any fan. Terrible on all fronts. AVOID.

The reservation process needs to be reviewed: for a second time this year, I arrived only to find out that they did not have my reservation. Apparently, according to the property, reservations are not transmitted to them in a timely manner. Let’s work on this *******, so we can avoid the embarrassment of arriving and being told that they do not have our room!

Nice location, with great proximity the the city center. Great breakfast buffet. The facility needs upgrades to fix the amenities in the room such as chairs, bathroom. Also needs to had little things like shampoo, more towels, the fridge could at least have a bottle of water.

Excellent petit déjeuner dans un espace lumineux , tables simples et accueillantes avec une fleur posée sur la nappe, buffet varié et copieux , viennoiseries, pains confitures , fruits et cuisine locale. Le personnel discret et aimable, tout est parfait. Quel beau souvenir! Mais hélas, si les chambres sont spacieuses avec une belle vue, lors du second séjour la cata..... impression d'avoir été placés dans un débarras. Deux réfrigérateurs encombraient la pièce, fils électriques apparents, on a cherché les prises , eau froide.. et il vaut mieux ne pas lever la tête pour voir l'état du plafond des douches. Que des compliments sur l'ensemble du personnel, professionnalisme à la hauteur des meilleurs hôtels, ambiance paisible, sympathique alors quel dommage cette chambre minable...
