The hotel is pretty good in everthing. The managers in the breakfast reataurant never say ”good morning” or ”hi” when we came in the restaurant. The female manager even take position over you when we met in a narrow road. Thus kinds of manner is really rare in other Shengarali or hig class hotel. They believe that they order what to do. I don't like this services so I decided not to eat in this hotel reataurants. The room and front deck services is very good. I have lived in this hotel for 4 days.

I haven't been to Yangzhou for many years. Recently, I have a room package at the secluded hotel, which is quite affordable. The hotel activities are also quite good. My dad and I had a great time and rested well. The hotel's breakfast variety is quite rich, and there are cute cats to eat and drink with, hahahaha. The hotel's service response was very fast the day before yesterday. In short, it's not bad. The hotel's Hanfu photography is also very good. The sincere evaluation is not a trust. The expression and eyes captured by the brother are very good. It's not the kind of photography that forces me to pose. It leaves a beautiful picture casually and inadvertently.

If this hotel has rooms and the budget matches, it would be a pity for anyone who comes to Yangzhou not to stay in this hotel. Environment: The surrounding area is very quiet, right by the canal. It is very convenient to take a taxi to Slender West Lake or Dongguan Street in 10 minutes. The overall interior decoration of the hotel is also very nice. There is a coffee machine in the lobby on the first floor, a rest bar that can be seen everywhere, and an arcade in the lobby. The switch is very practical. It can be seen that it has been carefully designed. The overall environment is in line with the hotel's positioning (but compared with the standard five-star, it is slightly insufficient, but it is harmless). Service: Ceiling! Even to some extent, it is ahead of the standardized process services of a number of five-star or foreign international joint ventures. Although each hotel is becoming more and more competitive in service, most of them are formal and perfunctory. Either they give you something you don't need, or they follow the same process to make you feel burdened. The service provided by this hotel is more like the service of Xuchang Pang Donglai-not actively disturbing or over-serving guests to provide pressure and kidnap guests, but they can always detect or even predict guests' needs in advance, and they will definitely be able to handle problems immediately. There are too many specific details to go into detail, but the shadow of Pang Donglai can indeed be seen in this hotel. Wait for you to slowly explore it later. From the butler service after booking, to the polite greeting after checking in, to helping walk the dog, to taking guests into the room and introducing the room status, every detail is done very well and can make people feel the warmth of the service. It is worth mentioning that the hotel has also converted a guard room into a pet room called ”Tail Bar”, which can provide free and sufficient foster care services. It can really be said to be very detailed! If I have to complain, then I can only nitpick and say that the seats in the restaurant are a bit high and it is not very comfortable to sit and eat! But the breakfast dishes are also ok. I hope it will get better and better!

I came to Yangzhou with my mother and booked this hotel at the entrance of the Slender West Lake Scenic Area. The location is very superior. Facilities: It is an old five-star hotel with old-fashioned facilities. Environment: The hotel environment is very good. Room 8503 has a very wide view. It faces the west gate of the Slender West Lake and the green plants are also lush. Service: Fruits were given when we arrived, and souvenirs were given when we left. It was very considerate. Drinks were also prepared in the room. Takeaways were also delivered directly to the door by robots. Breakfast: The most satisfying thing about booking this hotel is the breakfast. There are many varieties and the taste is good, especially the shrimp roe wontons and Yangchun noodles, which are very suitable for the taste.

The quiet garden in the bustling city and the well-equipped rooms made the accommodation experience of this trip very good. I was worried that the facilities would be old, but it was actually OK, antique and textured (except that the air conditioner in one room was broken and a bit cold). Getting up early and strolling around the garden is much more pleasant than going to the crowded popular attractions. It is also convenient to travel. There are parking lots (Changle Inn Parking Lot on Wenchang Middle Road) and shuttle buses for self-driving. What is not so friendly is that there are too many people on holidays, and the parking lot does not restrict other vehicles from entering. Guests have to queue for a long time to enter the parking lot. If you don't take the shuttle bus, the stone road in the alley is not very friendly to tourists with a lot of luggage. Apart from that, the experience is really good. We bought the room type in advance. Although there is a holiday supplement, the cost performance is also very high. I looked at other room types. The garden is larger and the scenery is better.

We were there 2 nights for business trip, the hotel front desk were amazing really they are great,also all staff they were very polite and kindness, the room clneas ,amenities, all things were good.we arrived late about 10 PM and they prepared to us a delicious noodles, also our ticket was 4 o'clock and we were tired the hotel let us be there till 3 pm instead of 12. We recommend this hotel to every one they are wonderful

Cuiyuan, Yiyuan, and Xiyuan are all fully booked, and Biyuan is still available. Considering that it is just next to Dongguan Street, and the parking lot is huge, I booked their place, and I was not disappointed. I just slept for one night. yes. The parking space is free for hotel guests, and there are special personnel on duty at the intersection. It is also very serious to refuse non-resident guests. The parking space there is very tight, and it is a plus to be able to park without worry. The waiters are very enthusiastic and have a good attitude. There are also 2 cups of Yangda yogurt as a gift, which has a spring-limited cherry blossom flavor. The room looks quite new, twin room, the bed is also 1.35 wide. The room was kept clean. It's just that the bathroom is separated from the bedroom. There is a wall missing from the bedroom. The privacy is not good enough, and the sewer has an unpleasant smell. It will be better after a while. The hotel does not provide free breakfast, but there is Biyuan Restaurant on the first floor, which can provide morning tea. The location is superior. The opposite station can take the bus to Slender West Lake. The archway of Dongguan Ancient Ferry and the wharf for canal tour are also there. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the gate tower of Dongguan Street and 5 minutes to Jinyuan. It is basically unnecessary to check in from Shanghai. Drive the car into the old town.

Environment: The back door of Daming Temple, very close to Daming Temple, you can see the tower directly at the door. Parking is free. It is recommended to drive by yourself, it will be very inconvenient without a car. The parking lot is not far from the hotel entrance, about 6 minutes walk, WeChat can call a small yellow car to pick up, and it will be available at any time. Children like this small yellow car very much. Facilities: The lobby on the first floor is very good, you can play chess, write, and print, and the lotus lantern above the head is very a**ospheric. The room opens around the lobby. The air conditioner is not very good at heating, and the elderly feel a little cold. Hygiene: OK, the room conditions are enough to live in, the bed is comfortable, and the area is not small. The shower is small and the water is average. Service: Thoughtful, all that can be solved is solved. Stayed for two nights, one day I went out for Yangzhou morning tea, so I only had a buffet breakfast with yogurt, see Figure 10, which basically includes all the choices, simple and rich. Maybe there are more people on May 5th, and there is no noodles. The children and family are quite satisfied, and I will come again if I have a chance.

Hotel location is good, next to the Grand Canal, close to Heyuan, free upgraded river view room, lying on the bed to see the Grand Canal boat, quite comfortable! The room is very feeling, very big, the sheets are particularly white, the pillows are comfortable, and I slept beautifully, happy!
