開車去的揚州，剛到地下車庫就不太滿意，車位非常緊張，從車庫走到前台很遠，前面有一個客人在check in等了幾分鐘，這效率有點慢，輪到我們了，站在前枱面前，就算你前面事情沒做完有客人是不是應該和我們打個招呼讓我們稍等再去做手裡的事，我覺得這是禮貌，完全無視我們，等做完手上的事再接待我們，明明訂的高級大床説我訂的標房，當然搞錯了也有可能，主要是前面的無視所以心裏不太滿意，酒店房間的空調也有問題，調到最低還是覺得熱，和前台反應了也找了師傅給我們來看，但是也沒解決，本來訂了兩晚，行程有變改了一天，酒店也同意給我們延遲退房了，早上去了景點，等到12點不到回到酒店時候，竟然有兩個服務人員把我們房門打開在打掃衞生了。。。真的讓我非常無語，前台沒有通知過你們這間房延遲退房嗎？我們也沒有讓你們打掃，物品都在房間裏，就這樣大門敞開打掃衞生？把浴室的肥皂也收掉了，我們洗手衹能用沐浴露洗，退房時候大堂裏很熱，聽到前台説大概覺得冷，把空調關了。。。這個酒店以後絕對不會再住了，車位少，工作人員無視住客，自説自話開門打掃，同樣是4星的酒店，前幾年住的那家完全是天壤之別，服務態度不知道比錦江好多少

不愧是五星級酒店，服務沒得説雖然酒店沒那麼新，但是衞生還是很不錯的，而且位置離瘦西湖非常近，很方便。好評。
