酒店離瘦西湖及大明寺都很近，打個車很快到，酒店安靜，服務員都很熱情大方，每天會送兩個水果，服務員會幫忙扲行李上樓。這幾天比較冷，空調製熱也很到位。早餐是定製早餐，據説是和趣園同款早餐。早餐的服務員也非常熱情大方，因為喜歡吃熱乾絲，會多端一碟給我。

用了那麼多次攜程第一次給差評原因如下：
一、地理位置很差 是在一個村子裏出行不便 附近也沒有任何可逛的 晚上陰森讓人感覺害怕
二、wifi不好使 連半天還在轉 連上就斷根本用不了 給前台打電話 前台説讓把蜂窩數據關了 你wifi連不上和蜂窩數據有什麼關係 直接氣的不想説話
三、沒有電梯 讓拖着厚重行李箱的人拎着上下三樓
四、早餐難吃 第一次吃這麼差的早餐 是套餐的形式 三個預製包子 四片薄肉 幾片水果 還有一碗純麪條 碳水爆炸的一個早上 咖啡機的拿鐵還要兑水稀釋不懂 可以説是衹有賣相好看 全預製 很糊弄 還摳
五、酒店很多設施沒有開 很蕭條
（本來訂了兩晚實在受不了了，訂了邊上的迎賓館體驗感好的不是一點半點）

安靜，環境不錯，還有大露台，這次時間趕漢服沒體驗。就是門口電驢比較少，建議電驢騎行可以多點，方便點，下次還會選擇這。
特色項目享受了這些：歡迎水果，瘦西湖度假村温泉門票（需自帶泳衣泳帽），首日Minibar。物超所值！

很久沒有這麼喜歡旅途中所住的酒店了，酒店的各種細節打理的非常精緻，一草一木都很用心，唐風古韻很有美感，房間設施也很棒，很乾凈。床更是無敵大，很舒服。服務人員很態度熱情耐心。我們是兄弟姐妹四個家庭出遊，服務員為了滿足我們住一起的需求，還帶我們看了兩處房間讓我們比較。最後我們住在了獨立的大院子。一次難忘的美好旅行。

臨時出行尋找的一家酒店，這個價位本來沒有抱太大的期望，沒想到到達之後第一件事就讓我覺得蠻暖心的，我們是晚上7:00了才到，已經沒有車位了，一位熱心的保安安排我們把車停到了他崗亭旁，並熱情的幫我們拿行李找服務枱，必須贊一下。酒店的地點雖然比較偏，但是佈局風格有唐風，房間挺乾淨寬敞的並且有特色，前台還給我們升了級👍。第二天早餐的小哥也很敬業，服務態度很棒，讓人感覺很温暖，吃的飽飽的…… ，漢服、篆香、温泉都免費，安排的妥妥的。退房時貼心的前台還特意多拿了兩瓶水，説天氣熱逛瘦西湖時會渴👍👍👍
