首先，到的當天下着毛雨，從車上下來淋着雨拖着行李箱，門僮在酒店門口拿着傘站着無動於衷，辦理完入住後，客房面積比較小，樓層過道也很窄，其次，前台服務員感覺都是新人，第一天是在攜程上面訂的358，第二天想着懶得拖着行李再換酒店了就在線下續房是按358給我辦理續住的，但是第三天我再去辦理續住的時候前台就告訴我今天的房價是378，我馬上拿手機出來查看攜程的價格還是358，最後，連續住了3天，打掃衞生的阿姨至始至終都沒有在衞生間加過衞生紙，第二天打掃衞生收走地巾後直接沒補充。總而言之，這次住的希爾頓歡鵬是我在國內體驗最差的一家。
